Winter in Nova Scotia
Winter in Nova Scotia may be chilly, but it’s a great time to visit the province. From December to February, you’ll find cozy holiday markets, scenic coastal views with a dusting of snow, and plenty of ways to embrace the cold.
Try skating on the Emera Oval in Halifax, take a brisk hike through snow-covered trails, or warm up with a hot drink at one of the local cafés.
For the more adventurous, there are snowy beaches to explore and a few perfect hills for sledding. Winter in Nova Scotia offers a unique beauty that’s worth bundling up for!
